College Hill Life Sciences winning streak continues
15th April 2011, London, Manchester, Munich, Sydney, Boston: The Life Sciences team of international business communications consultancy, College Hill has continued with its winning streak in 2011, securing seven new clients during February and March: these include PR retained clients: Astex Therapeutics, Benitec, e-therapeutics plc, Molecular Partners and Scil Proteins; as well as Aplagon and Cimtech as project clients.
Astex Therapeutics is a private UK-based drug discovery company. College Hill was appointed to support Astex's communications activity around its merger with US Listed Biotech Company SuperGen. The team is led by Melanie Toyne-Sewell and Sue Charles.
Benitec (ASX:BLT), is an Australian-based ASX-listed company with leading technology in RNA-based gene silencing. College Hill is retained to provide global and local strategic PR and IR counsel, and positioning. The account is led by Sue Charles.
e-Therapeutics plc is a UK-based drug discovery and development company, listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE:ETX). The retained PR/IR account is led by Melanie Toyne-Sewell and was won on the back of College Hill's work to support the announcement of a £21m financing.
Molecular Partners is a Swiss-based private biotech company pioneering the development of a novel class of targeted protein therapeutics. This PR account is led by Nicole Yost.
Scil Proteins, one of the largest private biotechs in Germany, is a biopharmaceutical company manufacturing and developing proteins and discovering and developing products using its Affilin®protein scaffold. This PR account is led by Dr Douglas Pretsell.
Aplagon is an early stage private biotech company based in Finland. The Company is developing a unique von Willebrand factor (VWF) antagonist with the potential of localised, targeted inhibition of arterial thrombosis. The project team for a new partnering presentation was Sue Charles, Chris Fisher and Dr Eileen Paul.
Cimtech is an Australian-based early stage natural products company, developing products based on plants indigenous to the Cook Islands. College Hill was engaged to develop a new identity, website and presentation. The team is Sue Charles, Chris Fisher and Dr. Eileen Paul.
