11 June 2014, London and Manchester, UK: Instinctif Partners has announced the promotion of Dr Christelle Kerouedan and Dr Eileen Paul in its Life Sciences team. Both Christelle and Eileen become Associate Partners and join the global partnership forum.
Eileen has been with Instinctif Partners (formerly College Hill) since 1999, and co-founded the Northbank Communications Munich office, which was sold to College Hill in 2007. Now based in our Manchester office, Eileen is jointly responsible for the management of that office and specialises in project direction across projects that combine deign, messaging and copywriting. She has over 15 years’ corporate and marketing communications experience, combined with 15 years’ experience in scientific research. She leads on many scientific writing assignments; creating simple and understandable messages that communicate the cutting edge science and technology that underpin our clients’ businesses. Prior to her move into communications Eileen worked as a molecular and cell biologist in the USA including a number of senior research roles in world renowned laboratories, and was a lecturer in Biotechnology at both Cornell University, USA and Manchester University, UK, where she had her own research group. She was also a scientific consultant to Pfizer. She has a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from Aberdeen University, UK and a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Canterbury, Kent, UK.
Christelle has been with Instinctif Partners during a two year period, from 2005 – 2007 and then most recently since 2012, when she re-joined as a Projects Director to combine operational management including HR and marketing with client facing assignments. Christelle brings strong communications skills gained in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals and Cleantech sectors, as well as hands-on entrepreneurial management and venture financing skills from her role as COO of Hubsphere. She possesses a deeply rooted science understanding following six years of academic research in France and the UK and has an MSc in Immunology, Genetics and Molecular Biology, and a PhD in Immunology from Imperial College. Born in France, she has lived in the UK for more than 16 years and is fluent in both French and English. She is based in the London office.
