Instinctif Partners Congratulates the Shortlisted Nominees for the European Mediscience Awards 2016

10 May 2016, London: Instinctif Partners, the business communications consultancy, congratulates all of the nominees shortlisted as finalists for the European Mediscience Awards 2016, especially those individuals and companies in the category, Mediscience Commentator of the Year, of which Instinctif Partners is the sponsor, for the eighth year.

The Award for "Mediscience Commentator of the Year" recognises the importance of clear and concise commentary on the sector. This year’s shortlisted nominees includes the 2015 winner Andrew Ward, as well as Karen Bernstein from BioCentury, John Carroll from Fierce Group and the team at Labiotech.

The criteria for the award are for an analyst, journalist, columnist, research house, specialist website or team that is dedicated to providing sharp, perceptive and penetrating commentary about the sector. In-depth knowledge of the sector is a given; the Voting Panel looks for excellence in the way that knowledge is communicated to the wider audience.

Previous winners include the teams at BioCentury, Andrew Clark from The Times, John Carroll from FierceBiotech and 2015’s winner Andrew Ward from the Financial Times.

Congratulations also goes to the three clients of Instinctif Partners Life Sciences’s practice who were short-listed: Imperial Innovations (Best Communications); Clinigen (Capital Markets Transaction); and Nanobiotix (Technology of the Year).

The full list of nominees can be found here: and represents a broad cross-section of companies and individuals who have made significant difference to the sector from 1 April 2015 to 31 March 2016. The winners will be revealed at the Awards dinner on 9 June 2016.
