15 May 2017, London: Instinctif Partners, the business communications consultancy, congratulates all of the nominees shortlisted as finalists for the European Mediscience Awards 2017, especially those individuals and companies in the category, Mediscience Commentator of the Year, of which Instinctif Partners is the sponsor, for the ninth year.
The Award for "Mediscience Commentator of the Year" recognises the importance of clear and concise commentary on the sector. This year’s shortlisted nominees includes Julia Bradshaw, The Telegraph, as well as John Carroll, Endpoints News, Clive Cookson, Financial Times and the team at Labiotech.eu.
The criteria for the award are for a journalist, columnist, specialist website or team that is dedicated to providing sharp, perceptive and penetrating commentary about the sector. In-depth knowledge of the sector is a given; the Voting Panel looks for excellence in the way that knowledge is communicated to the wider audience.
Previous winners include Andrew Ward from Financial Times, John Carroll from FierceBiotech and 2016’s winner Karen Bernstein from BioCentury.
Congratulations also goes to the three clients of Instinctif Partners Life Sciences’ practice who were short-listed: Clinigen (Best Communications); Crescendo Biologics (Emerging Star); and F-Star Biotechnology (Emerging Star).

The winners will be revealed at the Awards dinner on 15 June 2017.
