Accrington, UK – 21 March 2019 – National Care Group (“NCG”), a leading provider of support services, announces the acquisition of the business and assets of Branksome House Care Services (“Branksome”), through its subsidiary Chosen Care Limited. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Branksome comprises a registered care facility and supported living facilities based in Gloucester, providing care and support for individuals with learning disabilities. Support is currently provided for up to 24 individuals. This acquisition will complement and further strengthen NCG’s already strong presence in Gloucestershire, as well as adding to NCG’s national growth.
