02 April 2019, London: Instinctif Partners, the business communications consultancy, announces that it is sponsoring the “Media Commentator of the Year” category again at the European Mediscience Awards 2019. This marks the 11th consecutive year that Instinctif Partners has been a sponsor at the awards.
The “Media Commentator of the Year” category recognises the importance of clear and concise commentary on the mediscience sector, covering the period 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019.
The criteria for the award are for a journalist, columnist, specialist website or team that is dedicated to providing sharp, perceptive and penetrating commentary about the sector. In-depth knowledge of the sector is a given; the Voting Panel looks for excellence in the way that knowledge is communicated to the wider audience.
Previous winners include John Carroll when he was at FierceBiotech, Karen Bernstein from BioCentury and 2018’s winner, Jacob Plieth from Vantage.

The nomination deadline is 11 April 2019, with the shortlists announced on 8 May 2019, and the awards dinner taking place on 13 June 2019 in London.
