James brings a wealth of experience to NCG with 15 years’ experience in the supported living and residential care industry. In his previous director role, James delivered year on year growth and profitability whilst improving outcomes for the individuals supported and their families. He also implemented an operational, development and commercial strategy which enabled further growth within the sector. James was named among to top 50 Leaders in Care Report 2018 by Care Home Professional in the category Executive Management.
James also has significant experience directly within the NHS, having spent over a decade in management roles at various NHS trusts. He has a BA (Hons) in Public Administration, and an MBA in Business Administration.
